Anton Kaplanyan
Research Scientist @ Oculus Research

My main research interest is in computer graphics for virtual and augmented reality at Oculus Research, including open problems ranging from perceptual rendering and machine learning for rendering to low-power real-time and cloud-based rendering. My recent publications are on machine learning in graphics, advanced light transport, image reconstruction, and shading methods in both real-time and offline graphics. Prior to my PhD in offline rendering, I had worked at Crytek on CryENGINE 3 and Crysis 2 focused on real-time rendering approaches, including Light Propagation Volumes.
